Imran Khan Arrest
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan was arrested from Islamabad High Court.
Imran Khan was arrested on the occasion of his appearance in the Islamabad High Court today. Chairman PTI was arrested before reaching the courtroom. He appeared in the Islamabad High Court today regarding bail in two cases.
Imran Khan has been arrested by NAB in the Al Qadir Trust case. NAB officials also had arrest warrants.
The Chief Justice Islamabad High Court took notice of the incident, after which the arrest was declared legal by the court. On the other hand, a series of sit-ins and protests have started across the country. There are reports of strong public reactions in Peshawar and Lahore. But the government is trying to manage the situation by implementing Section 144.
The Interior Minister is of the opinion that there is evidence of large-scale corruption in Al-Qadir Trust. And Imran Khan can be disqualified in this case.
Apparently, this arrest has been made in the Al-Qadir Trust case, but considering the circumstances and the performance of the government in the last one year, it can be said that efforts are being made to disqualify former Prime Minister Imran Khan before the next election. And possibly PTI is being tried out of the existing democratic system. However, Imran Khan has decided not to give up despite the cases against him and the crackdown against the party workers and during the last year’s struggle, he has proved that he can remove the defects of this system. Will not be silent.
